very good . . .July 10, 2010 this is a very good book but i dont recommend it on the kindle. after each chapter you chose which page you want to go to but the kindle doesnt have page numbers so it is hard to find the correct page. i would highly recommend it if it was the real book though.
Happy Ending or Hateful Haley? (SPOILERS)February 13, 2009 Molly Moon(New Zealand) When I picked this book up, I had no idea about it. When I began reading about Haley, I was just curious. So when I sent Haley to see how her friend Sasha was getting on, I decided to leave Haley alone with convicted guy Luke. That was the worst thing I could have chosen. I ended up getting Sasha put in care, Haley's brother with a broken arm, and Haley? Well, a reputation was gained. You choose what Haley does. My advice? DON'T send her to Sigma, and if you do, take her home at the first chance you get-if you don't want Haley nearly naked in front of boys and the cool group, or REALLY drunk. If you do keep Haley at Sigma, I'll say this: "Hang your head and go back to Page 1."
horrible bookNovember 25, 2008 sophie(new york) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
this book was so bad i didnt even finish it. i felt so stupid reading it, it had absolutely no point and the story was boring. the story jumps to fast and at times i feel like i missed something. its such a hassle trying to figure out whats going on.
basically, its about guys who fall in love with one girl. it really has NO MEANING. its pointless and the story just does not flow. plus you have to choose where you want the story to go and if youre wrong..which i was..you have to start all over..theres really no point in reading this.
i thought it was fun choosing a path for the story but its not. its a complete waste of time.
i would not recommend this book to anyone. save your money and your more importantly, save your time.
AWESOME BOOK FOR TEENS!November 10, 2008 flyer2345 The authors have really done a great job with this book, and the concept of pick your own destiny is awesome. I WILL be trying to finish the series, seriously don't miss out on this book! ITS SOO GOOD!
Love the series!April 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The "What if..." series is amazing! It really makes you think about all the decisions you make. In this book Haley faces bigger decisions than the 1st one. Should she go to California with Irene? Should she become friends with Coco? Should she find out what's up with Sasha, the once golden girl, who could be behind recent thefts? Should she help Annie with her relationship with Dave? And, will she ever manage to end up with Reese? All of the storylines are good, though some are more interesting. But thats what's so great about this book - if there are any annoying characters or boring plotlines, you can drop them. Also, you can read and re-read this book without getting bored. I'll admit, it wasn't as good as the first one and the title doesn't really fit. She doesn't have a boyfriend in any of the endings. Also, there are a lot more "GO BACK TO PAGE 1" chapters in this book. However, I wasn't disappointed and the whole series is definitely worth reading!
